The Electro-Acuscope was especially designed and invented by the scientist Dr. Anthony Nebrensky. Nebrensky helped develop the Missile guidance chip technology as well as the development of electrical measuring devices like EEG's and EMG's. His background as a physicist led him from missile guidance chip development to using that same technology to scan search and seek, like a smart missile.
